Your Impact (The Day-to-Day): Drive the Pipeline: Engage with prospective students through high-volume outbound outreach (80–150 touchpoints per day). Momentum is your best friend. Consultative Enrollment: Conduct 1-on-1 discovery sessions to understand student goals and match them with the right academic programs. Event Execution: Represent the college at career fairs and open houses, acting as the "face" of our brand to attract top-tier talent. Account Management: Manage the student journey from the initial "hello" to the first day of class, ensuring all documentation and eligibility requirements are met. Crush Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment KPIs through effective follow-up and closing strategies. What You Bring to the Table: The Track Record: 2+ years of success in a high-volume sales environment (B2C, recruitment, or telemarketing). The Mindset: You view "no" as "not yet."
