We are looking for a French-speaking Instructional Designer to support the development and maintenance of engaging online programs. The role is responsible for instructional design, content creation coordination with Subject Matter Experts and instructors, and managing online courses within the Learning Management System (LMS). Job Status: Full time / remote Start Date: September Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $60,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain engaging online and blended learning courses. Convert existing materials into effective online learning content. Create eLearning materials including course outlines, videos, presentations, quizzes, and assessments. Manage and update courses within Learning Management Systems (LMS). Support instructors, students, and online program operations. Collaborate with Compliance and academic teams to ensure program standards. Evaluate course quality and recommend improvements. Coordinate content development and program implementation. Requirements Certificate or Diploma in Education, Communications, Business, or related field. 1+ year of experience in instructional design, online curriculum development, or similar. Experience with post-secondary education and distance learning. Experience with LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle, etc.). Knowledge of curriculum design, assessments, and educational technology. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Articulate, Captivate, and Adobe tools. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-changing environment. Comfortable with AI tools and new learning technologies. Requirements
