Reports To: Executive Director / General ManagerJob Status: Full-TimePay: $55,000–$60,000 + BonusLocation: Onsite Prima Living - Park Place Your Day-to-Day Drive occupancy, move-ins, and revenue targets Manage full sales cycle: inquiries, tours, follow-ups, and closing Conduct personalized residence tours Maintain CRM, pipeline, and accurate forecasting Execute local outreach and build referral relationships Attend community events and generate qualified leads Provide empathetic guidance to prospects and families through decision-making and move-in Ensure smooth transition in collaboration with operations teams Track sales activity, leads, and performance metrics Monitor local market and competitors What You Bring 2+ years consultative or relationship-based sales experience preferred Experience in retirement living, healthcare, or hospitality an asset Strong sales performance and CRM skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Valid driver’s license and access to transportation Business/marketing education an asset Working Conditions Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends as needed Local travel for outreach and events Mix of office, residence, and community-based work Fast-paced, high-touch customer engagement environment Don't hold back!- apply today, even if you do not tick every skills list.
