Job summary

Description As a Quality Analyst, you will: Perform physical testing and analysis of flexible packaging, raw materials, and finished products. Verify the quality and accuracy of printed materials during the proofing process. Plan and coordinate testing activities, timelines, and customer requirements. Analyze test results, identify unexpected outcomes, and ask the right questions when the data doesn't make sense. Develop test plans and protocols in partnership with customers, including researching test methodologies and validating results. Communicate with internal and external customers to understand testing objectives, explain results, and provide technical support. Complete customer surveys and performance evaluations. Accurately document, report, and communicate testing results in accordance with our Quality Management System (QMS). Support quality investigations, including Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), Fishbone analysis, and 5-Why. Participate in quality meetings, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and our Performance System initiatives. Work collaboratively with Operations, Engineering, Production, and other teams to identify opportunities for improvement. What We're Looking For You are a curious, analytical, and organized problem solver who isn't afraid to ask questions and dig deeper when something doesn't look right. Ideally, You Bring A Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience in Quality, Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in flexible packaging or a related manufacturing environment. Strong laboratory testing knowledge and an understanding of laboratory safety practices. Experience with quality tools such as NCRs, CARs, Fishbone/Ishikawa, and 5-Why analysis. Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external customers. A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Why Join Us ?
