Lead Developer/Application Architect - Contact Centre Space On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Lead Developer/Application Architect for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. Lead Developer/Application Architect - Contact Centre Space - Job Description: This project involves providing architecture support for contact centers, including migration design and AI support. The role focuses on enhancing existing platforms and integrating new technologies like Amazon Connect to improve contact center operations. Lead Developer/Application Architect - Contact Centre Space - Responsibilities: • Define solution sets from requirements • Present to large groups of people in person or virtually • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Support architecture for contact centers • Participate in onboarding and AML training • Work on migration design and AI support Lead Developer/Application Architect - Contact Centre Space - Mandatory Skills: • 2+ years of experience as an Architect within IT OR 4+ years of prior Lead developer experience • Strong MS Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) • Experience presenting to large groups of people in person or virtually • Jira and Confluence experience • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong interpersonal and time management skills • Team player Lead Developer/Application Architect - Contact Centre Space – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Agile experience • Contact Centre experience (IVR flows, desktop solutions, telecom etc.) • Experience with Agentic AI solutions • Amazon Solution Architect certification • Experience within a highly regulated environment - Banking, Financial institution or medical Lead Developer/Application Architect - Contact Centre Space – Assignment Length: This is a 12 month contract position with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance. Requirements

Candidates need at least 2 years of IT architecture experience or 4 years of prior lead developer experience, along with strong Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence skills. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and time-management skills are required; contact centre, Agile, Agentic AI, Amazon Solutions Architect certification, or regulated-industry experience are advantageous.
