UAT Tester - Salesforce

UAT Tester: On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a UAT Tester for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. UAT Tester - Job Description: The UAT Tester will support a large-scale Statement and Data Validation initiative within BMO's Private Wealth division. This involves validating business requirements and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client wealth statements and supporting data prior to production deployment. UAT Tester - Responsibilities: • Execute comprehensive test cases and document results. • Track defects and collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams for resolution. • Develop and update UAT documentation to meet audit, governance, and compliance requirements. • Coordinate testing schedules and facilitate defect triage sessions. • Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders. • Identify system or process gaps and validate fixes. • Manage the Analytics team mailbox and ensure timely responses. UAT Tester - Mandatory Skills: • 4+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Quality Assurance (QA), or Business Testing within Financial Services. • Salesforce experience. • Hands-on experience with RIS. • Experience using Customer Connect. • Strong understanding of Wealth Management applications and business processes. • Proven experience executing UAT test cases and managing defects. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. UAT Tester – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience using defect tracking and test management tools. • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities. • Experience creating and maintaining UAT documentation. UAT Tester – Assignment Length: This is a 12-month contract position. UAT Tester - Start Date: ASAP. UAT Tester - Assignment Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid arrangement requiring 2 days in the office.

The UAT Tester will validate business requirements and ensure the accuracy of client wealth statements and data for BMO's Private Wealth division. Responsibilities include executing test cases, tracking defects, and maintaining UAT documentation for audit and compliance.

Candidates must have over 4 years of experience in UAT or QA within Financial Services, specifically with Salesforce, RIS, and Customer Connect. A strong understanding of Wealth Management business processes and excellent communication skills are required.
