Job Description SCHEDULE AND LOCATION : Hybrid, 40 h/week, Monday-Friday, 9 to 5, flexible with manager’s permission, occasional evenings and weekends THE PART WE'RE CASTING The Audience Relations Specialist is a proactive, sales-driven frontline role responsible for maximizing ticket revenue through direct sales, lead conversion, and relationship management. This position actively engages prospective and returning patrons to drive single-ticket sales, subscriptions, and group bookings, while delivering an exceptional patron customer service experience. Leveraging marketing-generated and Public Relations (PR) -generated leads, outreach campaigns, and community visibility, the Associate converts interest into confirmed attendance and fosters long-term patron loyalty and retention. YOUR ROLE IN THE PRODUCTION Proactive Sales, Telemarketing & Lead Conversion Execute outbound sales calls and targeted follow-ups to past patrons, new leads, and lapsed or infrequent attendees. Manage and nurture a sales pipeline within the Client Relation Management (CRM)/ticketing system, ensuring accurate tracking of all interactions and outcomes. Actively promote subscriptions, newsletter sign-ups, donations, and special offers to increase lifetime patron value. Group Sales & Community Partnerships Drive group sales revenue by building and maintaining relationships with schools, community organizations, cultural groups, and religious institutions. Lead student group sales initiatives, including outreach, pricing discussions, contract coordination, and booking logistics in collaboration with the box office team. Support Box Office & Patron Services Operations Process ticket sales, exchanges, refunds, and special requests with timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism using the ticketing system. VOTRE RÔLE DANS LA PRODUCTION Ventes proactives, télémarketing et conversion de prospects Effectuer des appels sortants et des suivis ciblés auprès des clients réguliers, nouveaux prospects et anciens ou occasionnels spectateurs. Gérer et alimenter le pipeline de ventes dans le système de gestion de la relation client (CRM)/billetterie, en assurant un suivi précis des interactions et résultats. Promouvoir activement les abonnements, inscriptions à l’infolettre, dons et offres spéciales afin d’accroître la valeur à long terme des clients. Ventes de groupe et partenariats communautaires Développer les revenus de ventes de groupes en entretenant des relations avec les écoles, organismes communautaires, groupes culturels et institutions religieuses. Mener les initiatives de ventes aux groupes étudiants (prospection, discussions tarifaires, coordination contractuelle et logistique en collaboration avec la billetterie). Soutien à la billetterie et au service à la clientèle Traiter les ventes de billets, échanges, remboursements et demandes spéciales avec rapidité, précision et professionnalisme.
