We are partnering with an established, growing organization to find an experienced HR Business Partner to join its Human Resources team. This is a hands-on, strategic role supporting senior leaders across a broad range of HR functions, including workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, compensation, organizational development, and change management. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping align people strategies with business objectives while supporting a positive, engaging, and effective workplace. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR guidance. Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Lead talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives. Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives. Provide guidance on compensation, job evaluations, salary reviews, promotions, and internal equity. Lead or support employee relations matters and workplace investigations. Use workforce data and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend solutions. Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives across assigned business units. Drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness. What We're Looking For 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory capacity. Experience partnering with senior leadership and providing practical, business-focused HR guidance. Strong knowledge of compensation programs, job evaluation, and annual compensation cycles. Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. Strong employee relations and performance management experience. Excellent communication, relationship-building, analytical, and influencing skills. A university degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or similarly complex operational environment would be considered an asset.

Requirements
Requires 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial HR business partnering or senior advisory work, and experience advising senior leaders. Candidates should bring knowledge of compensation and job evaluation, organizational design, workforce planning, change management, employee relations, and performance management, along with a relevant degree or diploma or equivalent experience.
