Lead daily production across the fabrication operation, balancing workload, manpower, materials, equipment, and delivery commitments while maintaining safety and quality. Improve workflow and performance, develop production leaders, coordinate with project and support teams, and integrate automation and CNC technologies.

Lead and continually improve ProMart’s quality department and programs, including ISO 9001, CSA N299.3, CWB welding, inspections, audits, supplier quality, and project documentation. Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure requirements are built into work, resolve nonconformances, develop personnel, and maintain complete project and nuclear records.
