Day-to-day responsibilities include performing a range of pedicure services such as nail shaping, cuticle care, callus removal, exfoliation, moisturizing treatments, and polish application. The role also involves consulting with clients on service options, assessing basic foot care needs, and recommending appropriate products and maintenance routines. The Pedicure Specialist is expected to maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards, including proper disinfection of tools and workstations between clients. Additional duties include managing appointment times, handling client check-ins, supporting front-of-house operations as needed, and contributing to a calm, professional, and inclusive salon atmosphere. Qualifications Demonstrated pedicure and basic foot care skills, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application. Strong focus on hygiene and sanitation, with knowledge of proper tool disinfection and safety procedures. Customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to maintain consistent quality across appointments. Relevant certification in nail technology or esthetics, or equivalent practical experience in a salon or spa setting. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks safely and comfortably. Willingness to follow salon policies, local health regulations, and ongoing training or skill development. Experience working in a nail salon or spa environment is an asset; knowledge of additional nail services is beneficial.

Perform a variety of pedicure services including nail shaping, callus removal, and polish application while maintaining strict hygiene standards. Consult with clients on foot care needs and support general salon operations and front-of-house tasks.

Candidates should possess demonstrated pedicure skills and a relevant certification in nail technology or esthetics. Strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, and the ability to perform repetitive manual tasks are required.
