We are currently seeking ACA Dash 8 endorsed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (M2 Licensed) to join our growing crew of dedicated aviation professionals supporting our maintenance operations in Kitchener, ON. Our Operations: Our Flight Line Maintenance involves all maintenance checks and repairs carried out in the flight line, i.e. between flights or overnights. The work done by our Flight Line team includes layover checks up to A-checks, expert troubleshooting, engine changes, and propeller replacements. * Our team currently maintains DHC-8-100 aircrafts Qualifications & Skills: * Required: Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completed or have equivalent experience through a program such as ICS; * Preferred: M2 or equivalent rating. * Experience in flight line operations would be considered an asset; * Experience on the following aircraft is required: * Dash 8-100/200/300 * The ability to work both independently and in a team environment; * Troubleshooting skills; * Must possess strong interpersonal, decision-making, organization and communication skills; and * Knowledge of Transport Canada Regulations. * Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
