In this role, you will support assessment projects by coordinating various aspects of the process, ensuring efficient execution, and contributing to the team's overall success. Diverse projects across Western Canada Work with a collaborative and growing team Leadership that values your input and development Key Responsibilities: Write and prepare Facility/Building Condition Assessment reports Conduct research and gather relevant data (property records, blueprints, etc.) Compile and organize assessment reports accurately and consistently Work closely with coordinators and assessors for effective project delivery Provide administrative support, such as document management and client communication Assist with proposals, presentations, and client materials as required Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, or Architecture. A professional designation, P.Eng, is required. Able to sign off on the final BCA report. Knowledge of architectural and M&E is mandatory. Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Condition Assessments Experience using VFA software or other asset management tools Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Strong written and verbal communication skills Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle Must be willing to travel Compensation: Annual Compensation -$75,000-$90,000 Based in Edmonton, willing to relocate Performance bonus Matching RRSP contributions. Requirements

Candidates must have at least five years of facility condition assessment experience, architectural and mechanical/electrical knowledge, asset management software experience, strong organizational and communication skills, a valid Class 5 driver's license, and access to a personal vehicle.
