ROLE OVERVIEW This is a mid-level Security Analyst role designed for someone ready to stretch beyond pure ops work — you'll take ownership of detection engineering and compliance programs, work directly with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, and help us build and scale. You'll have direct input to shape how security operations scale alongside a fast-growing company. You will be supported by a local security team with deep expertise across the full spectrum of security domains. We have a strong bias for action and we are all builders. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Access Control: Ensure company follows RBAC, least privilege principles, and good security practices Compliance & Governance: Conduct regular reviews and audit to ensure we meet ISO27001 and regulatory requirements Detection & Response: Take the lead on designing and implementing robust SIEM/SOAR with dashboards, alerts, and detection engineering Investigations & Analysis: Work closely with with key stakeholders in security investigations and incident response CorpSec: Work with partner teams and help them instrument secure operation procedures and data protection practices WHAT YOU BRING 3+ years hands-on security experience focused on security operations A strong bias for action and operational excellence Deep Experience with Datadog or similar SIEM tools Ability to correlate events and reconstruct events from log analysis A “hacker mindset” with a strong culture of ownership. You proactively hunt for issues before they become problems Familiarity with a cloud-native IT / Security environment Familiarity with AI & automation and how they boost productivity NICE TO HAVE CISSP, Security+, ITIL, or similar security certifications Exposure to gaming / real-time bidding industry

Requirements
Candidates need 3+ years of hands-on security operations experience and deep expertise with Datadog or similar SIEM tools. A hacker mindset and familiarity with cloud-native environments and AI automation are required.
