We're currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our new “pop-up” shop in Totem Mall. This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging retail leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing teams, and driving results. Working alongside the Shop Manager, you'll play a key role in leading daily operations, motivating team members, and helping the shop achieve its sales and service goals. What You'll Do Support the Shop Manager in the day-to-day operation of the shop Deliver an exceptional customer experience and foster customer loyalty Lead, motivate, and coach team members to achieve sales and service goals Help drive profitability through strong merchandising, sales leadership, and operational excellence Ensure the shop maintains Purdys' high standards for presentation, cleanliness, and customer service Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture You're a Great Fit If You: Have 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment Are passionate about customer service and creating memorable experiences Enjoy leading and developing others Are motivated by sales goals and delivering results Bring positive energy and thrive in a team environment Love connecting with people and building relationships Are excited about career growth opportunities within Purdys Chocolatier Have open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer At Purdys, we believe in investing in our people.
