TITLE LINE COOK REPORTS TO SOUS CHEF/EXECUTIVE CHEF SUMMARY Were looking for the next great Line Cook that specializes in Asian cuisine! This Line Cook will report to the Head Chef and assist the Food & Beverage Team in providing "excellent quality" and "dynamic presentation" of all food items to our guests. REQUIREMENTS * At least 18 years of age. * Able to maintain a security clearance. * Specializes in authentic Asian cuisine * Available to work evenings and weekends. * Work in a fast paced environment * Previous experience is an asset. * Individuals with integrity and high standards * Someone who is enthusiastic * Easy going personality * Willingness to learn WORK CONDITIONS * Must be able to lift a maximum of 25-50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques * Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time * Operate hot cooking equipment * Must be able to bend to reach shelves * Must be able to carry out light cleaning duties * Must be available to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays * Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment * Manual dexterity, preparing vegetables, meat and other food items

Requirements
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, able to obtain security clearance, and possess expertise in authentic Asian cuisine. The role requires availability for evenings and weekends, as well as the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
