They are responsible for upskilling trainers and managers while ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality driver evaluations across the network. Candidates must possess a valid AZ/Class 1A driver's license and at least 5 years of commercial driving experience. A professional certificate in adult education is required, along with proven experience in trainer-of-trainers or evaluator certification capacities.
