Qualicare Lethbridge offers home care services that focus on enhancing our clients' quality of life and providing peace of mind for their families. Job Summary The Health Care Aide is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of a care manager and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs. The Health Care Aide is responsible for observing clients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed. The Health Care Aide will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of a client’s care. Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain Driver's license and own transportation required Access to Internet/mobile phone Criminal Record Check (recent within 1 year) Ability to speak, read and write English fluently Be registered in the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory License: Class 5 License

Requirements
