Key Responsibilities Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles and best practices. Lead Agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and business units. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and strategic planning sessions. Identify and remove organizational impediments impacting team performance. Promote continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and process optimization. Support change management and Agile adoption at the enterprise level. Qualifications 5+ years of Agile coaching experience Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent certifications Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills

Requirements
