AI Program Manager Job Type: Contract Duration: 3 months (Possibility of extension) Location: Montreal (Hybrid) Language: English (Mandatory) French (Strongly preferred) We are seeking a proactive Program Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery governance of Model Risk Management’s model lifecycle program. The role has scope to take on broader program management responsibilities across the Risk Management AI Fleet. The successful candidate will combine strong project management skills with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with Fleet leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and subject matter experts, the Program Manager will bring structure, transparency, and momentum to a complex, cross functional program. Required skills and experience Demonstrated program and project management experience delivering complex technology or business transformation initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders. Strong planning and execution skills, including scope management, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk and issue management, change control, and delivery governance. A proactive, hands-on working style: anticipates problems, seeks clarity, drives follow-ups, challenges constructively, and takes ownership of coordinating resolution rather than only reporting status. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to align Fleet leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, subject matter experts, and delivery teams without direct reporting authority. Working knowledge of Agile delivery and experience coordinating delivery across Scrum teams while maintaining a coherent program-level plan and governance cadence. Highly Desired Experience: Experience in Model Risk Management, model lifecycle transformation, or model governance, including familiarity with model inventory, development, validation, approval, monitoring, and retirement processes. Experience in financial services or broader risk management, including credit risk, market risk, or enterprise risk technology programs. Experience coordinating AI, GenAI, agentic AI, data, or model-platform initiatives in a governed enterprise environment; awareness of evaluation, data controls, observability, and human oversight. Experience supporting regulatory, audit, or control-related commitments and maintaining traceable decisions and delivery evidence. Relevant program/project management or Agile certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent; practical delivery experience is more important than certification alone.

Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum coordination is required; experience in model risk, financial services, governed AI or data initiatives, regulatory commitments, and relevant certifications is highly desired.
