Responsabilités : - Concevoir et développer des concepts architecturaux - Produire et coordonner les plans et devis - Assurer la conformité aux codes et réglementations applicables - Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les professionnels externes - Participer aux demandes de permis et au suivi de chantier Profil recherché : - Membre de l'OAQ avec droit de signature - Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente - Expérience en développement immobilier - Maîtrise d'AutoCAD et de Revit - Solides compétences en gestion et coordination de projets - Excellente maîtrise du français Autre exigence linguistique : anglais - Niveau de l'exigence : avancé - Raisons de l'exigence : pour communiquer avec des clients, collaborer avec des équipes à l'extérieur du Québec et soutenir les opérations dans d'autres régions - Fréquence d'utilisation : quotidienne Joignez-vous à une équipe dynamique et participez à la réalisation de projets immobiliers d'envergure. Requirements

Applicants must be an OAQ member with signing authority and have at least five years of relevant experience, including experience in real estate development. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, strong project management and coordination skills, strong French, and advanced English are required.
