Job details

Position: Dermatologist Location: Toronto Posting Type: Open vacancy Quantum is supporting a client in downtown Toronto that is seeking an experienced Dermatologist to join its in-clinic team on a part-time basis 1-3 days per week with the opportunity to expand availability as the clinic grows. The Opportunity This is a physician-led private clinic built around longer appointments, continuity of care, and a calm, personal patient experience. As Lead Dermatologist, you'll diagnose and manage a wide range of skin conditions, perform cosmetic procedures, and work closely with primary care and wellness colleagues so dermatology is part of each patient's broader health picture. What You'll Do: - Diagnose and manage a broad range of medical dermatology conditions. - Perform cosmetic procedures with a focus on subtle, natural-looking results. - Explain findings and treatment options in clear, plain language, without being patronizing or relying on fear-based messaging. - Work with primary care and wellness teams so patient handoffs are smooth and care stays continuous. - Plan ahead with patients, identifying early signals and offering preventive strategies. - Provide clear closure at the end of each care cycle and acknowledge progress along the way. - Document in the clinic's EMR so the full care team has what it needs. - Help build and lead the clinic's dermatology program. What You'll Need: - Board-certified Dermatologist (Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada) in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) - Deep experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology - Strong diagnostic and procedural skills, with a refined aesthetic eye - Comfort working in EMR systems and private healthcare workflows - An evidence-based, grounded approach to patient guidance - An integrated mindset: you value longitudinal data and see skin health as connected to sleep, nutrition, movement, mental health, and social connection Please send your resume in Word format to Aaron Moon at aaron.moon@quantum.ca.
