What You'll Be Doing: - Manage complex and frequently changing executive calendars, proactively resolving conflicts and shifting priorities - Coordinate internal and external meetings involving senior stakeholders - Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, accommodations and itineraries - Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, agendas and other executive materials - Anticipate administrative and logistical needs and resolve issues proactively - Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion What We're Looking For: - 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience within a professional corporate environment - Experience supporting C-suite executives or other senior executive leadership - Proven ability to support multiple executives and manage competing priorities - Strong calendar management and domestic/international travel coordination experience - Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills - Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy This is an excellent opportunity to join a global organization offering a strong compensation package and long-term career potential.
