Position: Receptionist Location: Downtown Toronto (On-Site) Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year Job Type: Permanent Posting Type: Open vacancy Our client, a boutique downtown financial services firm, is seeking a professional, reliable, and organized Receptionist to support daily office operations at their downtown Toronto location. This permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative and workplace support within a professional corporate environment. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome visitors and manage incoming calls professionally - Handle mail, couriers, and office correspondence - Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, and document management - Maintain reception, kitchen, and common areas - Support office upkeep and kitchen supplies - Manage office supplies and inventory needs - Prepare meeting rooms and assist with general office support - Help maintain a welcoming and organized workplace environment Qualifications: - Previous reception, office administration, customer service, or hospitality front desk experience preferred - Experience supporting a high-touch client or guest-facing environment is an asset - Strong communication and organizational skills - Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask - Comfortable with office equipment and Microsoft Office - Reliable, professional, and able to work independently This permanent position offers the chance to play an important role in supporting a professional investment firm while contributing to an efficient and welcoming workplace environment.
