Job Title: QA Automation Engineer Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Hybrid Employment Type: Contract Job Description We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in test automation, Selenium, Java, API testing, Jenkins, CI/CD, and Cucumber. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts, ensuring software quality, and integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java. Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. Develop and execute API tests to validate functionality, performance, and data integrity. Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks using Cucumber. Integrate automated test suites with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines. Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot software defects. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to resolve issues. Maintain test documentation and continuously improve automation frameworks. Required Skills Strong experience in QA Automation using Selenium and Java. Hands-on experience with API testing. Experience with Cucumber and BDD frameworks. Proficiency in Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline integration. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation frameworks. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Additional Details Must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Toronto, ON. Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is preferred.
