Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) solutions. Lead architecture, development, and integration for telecom transformation projects. Configure and customize EPC, CPQ, Order Management, and OmniStudio components. Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations. Integrate Salesforce with OSS/BSS, ERP, and third-party applications. Support CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment best practices. Collaborate with business and technical teams in an Agile environment. Required Skills: 10+ years of Salesforce experience with Communications Cloud (Vlocity). Strong expertise in EPC, CPQ, Order Management, and OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures). Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Salesforce Architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations. Experience integrating Salesforce with OSS/BSS, ERP, and external systems. Strong understanding of Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash telecom processes. Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment.
