Job summary

The consultant will lead customer workshops and perform fit-gap analysis to design scalable business solutions for banking products and pricing. They are responsible for preparing implementation deliverables including functional specifications, user stories, and test scenarios.

Title: Product & Pricing Consultant Location: Hybrid - Toronto (4-days a week) flexible Duration: Permanent - Direct Hire Must Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, or Solution Consulting within Banking or Financial Services. Strong understanding of banking products and pricing, including deposits, lending, cards, fees, rates, offers, or relationship pricing. Experience leading customer workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design practical, scalable business solutions. Experience preparing implementation deliverables such as functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios. Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced consulting environment. Experience implementing SaaS enterprise applications. Nice to Have Knowledge of cloud concepts and Agile methodologies. Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and data mapping. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
