Job summary
Title: Project Manager - IT/Construction preferred Location: Ottawa - Gloucester area Duration: Permanent FT - 5x a week on-site As a Project Manager you’ll oversee projects that vary widely in size and complexity, from short-term initiatives to multi‑year, multi‑million‑dollar programs. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment - making sure every project moves forward smoothly and successfully. REQUIREMENTS: Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, engineering, or information technology is required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered, depending on the experience. Minimum of three years of progressive experience in project management, coordination, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience managing budgets, schedules, and working with diverse teams is essential. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies NICE TO HAVE: Bilingual proficiency in both French and English. Experience working on large Government of Canada contracts, demonstrating familiarity with public sector processes and requirements. Proven experience in Agile methodologies, including participation in Agile teams and delivery cycles. Degree in engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution. Experience working with artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies.
