This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. (Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV). Phlebotomist II Territory - Gold River, CA, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends Pay range: $26.60 - $29.40 / hour Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. Travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs), Client Offices (IOPs), or other sites. Ensure accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to support high-quality laboratory results. Communicate effectively to create a professional and efficient experience for patients, staff, and clients. Work independently with a consistently low error rate and handle more complex collections and patient/client situations. Requirements

Requires a state phlebotomy license and at least two years of phlebotomy experience. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
