The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and dashboards to extract insights from large datasets. Responsibilities include analyzing business metrics, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement scalable data pipelines to integrate and transform raw data into structured formats. • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize key performance indicators for leadership. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure accuracy of analytical outputs. • Perform ad-hoc data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement. • Automate reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency in data delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets. • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights. • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting. • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard design. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
