The role involves conducting rigorous financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management for a global investment platform. Key Responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis to assess investment opportunities in technology sectors. • Lead due diligence efforts, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial statement review. • Collaborate with senior leadership to structure deals, negotiate terms, and present investment recommendations. • Monitor portfolio companies, track performance metrics, and prepare quarterly investment updates for stakeholders. • Assist in sourcing new deals through networking, market research, and engagement with entrepreneurs and intermediaries. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development within technology sectors. • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and DCF analysis. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making. • Experience conducting due diligence, including financial, operational, and strategic reviews. • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools. • Strong communication skills for stakeholder presentations and negotiations. • Prior exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or other high-growth technology business models.
