We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Industrial Sales Representative- Junior to join our dynamic sales team in Vancouver and Lower Mainland, BC. This is a junior sales position (Associate Outside Sales Position) ideal for someone who is starting a career in sales and looking to gain valuable experience. This permanent position focuses on new business development, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting our innovative product line, including decorative wall panels, complementary wood panels, edge banding, and surface solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional value to customers. More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to: Sales & Business Development Promote sales to B2B - industrial manufacturers, particularly in the Kitchen Cabinet, Closet, Furniture, Store Fixtures, and Architectural Millwork industries. Focus on new business development while also managing and nurturing existing customer relationships. Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Territory Management Candidate must reside within the sales region. Effectively manage the assigned sales territory to ensure maximum sales growth and productivity. Develop and implement territory action plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Travelling to the Prince George/ Northern BC area every 5 – 6 weeks for Sales Calls Requirements : College or University degree in marketing or a related field, combined with relevant experience would be an asset. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in sales to Industrial Market and our target markets to be an asset. General knowledge of the industry and experience with product line. Experience in business development with strong skills to canvass new opportunities. The individual shall possess strong personal and organizational skills. Must be highly motivated and can work independently. The individual should also have strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (specific to Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word).
