Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud applications, Oracle ERP/EPM, Oracle SCM, Oracle CX, SAP, Callidus, or related enterprise platforms. Expertise in business process analysis, requirements management, Fit-Gap assessments, and functional design. Experience creating HLDs, DDDs, process flows, and functional specifications. Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. Experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and production deployments. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
