Senior profile capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience managing projects with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors. Experience covering the complete project lifecycle: scoping, planning, budgeting, risk management, testing, deployment, transition to operations, and stabilization. Strong knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes: planning, procurement, production, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Experience with engineering- or manufacturing-related systems, including PLM, CAD/CAE, ECM, MES, or ERP. Ability to manage budgets, performance indicators, risks, vendor contracts, and service commitments. Experience working with vendors and resources located overseas. Ability to present clear recommendations to senior management and governance committees. Hands-on experience in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments. French/English bilingualism required. Asset: PMP certification. Job Description Core Responsibilities Ensure the timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery of projects and programs in alignment with defined standards and scope. Lead, define, and coordinate project initiatives while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and produce comprehensive progress and performance reports. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Promptly identify and resolve project or program issues to minimize impacts on delivery and outcomes. Contribute to and validate business case analyses to support effective decision-making. Provide recommendations regarding project initiation, extension, or termination based on performance, financial objectives, and risk assessments. Manage project and program financials throughout the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with departmental budgets. Collaborate closely with Architecture, Finance, Procurement, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and IT partners to ensure alignment and effective communication. Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies and governance standards throughout the project and program lifecycle. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards. Ensure proper project closure, including operational transition and knowledge transfer activities. Project Management Experience Minimum of 7 years of experience managing IT projects (10+ years considered an asset). Experience working within large corporate environments. Lead end-to-end IT projects across enterprise operations and supply chain functions, including: Planning Procurement Manufacturing Logistics Warehousing Distribution Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and solution review meetings. Manage vendor deliverables, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Experience managing large-scale programs involving multiple project teams. PMP certification is considered an asset. Support organizational change management initiatives, including: Change planning Cutover planning and execution Communications Organizational Change Management (OCM) Training activities Ensure business readiness and user adoption of new systems and processes. Oversee data migration and ETL activities in collaboration with the Data Lead. Work closely with Operations and Support teams to ensure smooth transitions to production. Coordinate and support testing and deployment activities, including: Unit Testing Integration Testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Deployment Hypercare Support Strong understanding of project governance, RAID logs, and project reporting structures. Ability to comply with established Project Management frameworks and methodologies. Ability to monitor and report KPIs and quality metrics across large datasets (asset). Communication & Collaboration Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French. Ability to tailor communication styles to different audiences and stakeholder groups. Experience collaborating with cross-functional, nearshore, offshore, and vendor teams. Ability to work effectively within a global organization leveraging local, nearshore, and offshore resources. Collaborate with project managers from both client and vendor organizations. Manage teams with shared responsibilities across multiple projects and initiatives. Oversee vendor scope, deliverables, and project timelines. Organizational & Soft Skills Highly organized with strong documentation, governance, and reporting capabilities. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Ability to work independently within a global matrix organization. Flexible and adaptable in dynamic and changing environments. Strong understanding of enterprise operational processes and business workflows. Knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise applications. Business Process Mapping and Optimization expertise. Risk and Change Management experience. Vendor and Contract Management, including RFP and RFI processes. Data-driven decision-making capabilities. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Engineering & Systems Knowledge Familiarity with engineering and manufacturing business processes. Lead the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of engineering-focused platforms and systems, including: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Computer-Aided Design / Computer-Aided Engineering (CAD/CAE) Engineering Change Management (ECM) Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Knowledge and experience in engineering data conversion and migration activities. Proven program management experience. Additional Qualifications Experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams. Ability to operate effectively in matrixed and highly collaborative environments. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives. Experience supporting governance, reporting, financial management, and executive-level communications.
