Service Administrator III Location: Sparwood, British Columbia – On-site Duration: (2+ months) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, standard business hours Hours: 8 hours/day Extension: Strong possibility Position Overview We are seeking a Service Administrator III to provide administrative and operational support within a service/branch environment. The role will primarily focus on technician time submission, payroll support, invoicing, work orders, service documentation, and other administrative activities required to support day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Submit and track technician hours for payroll processing. Assist with invoicing and related administrative activities. Create basic work orders in the appropriate systems. Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and service information. Gather and enter required information into service systems. Provide basic status updates when required. Maintain accurate service documentation and records. Work effectively with employees, customers, and other stakeholders as required. Assist with additional branch/service administrative duties. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong computer skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain and manage service-related documentation. High school diploma, secondary education, or equivalent relevant experience. Nice-to-Have Skills Knowledge of engines or mechanical equipment. Experience in a heavy equipment, diesel, automotive, or industrial service environment. Experience with work orders or service management systems. Experience with invoicing or billing. Experience with technician timekeeping or payroll support. Experience with warranty or service documentation. Candidates should be comfortable working in a service/branch environment and supporting multiple administrative priorities.
