Role Description The Data Entry Energy Record II role is a contract, on-site position based in Israel, supporting Rainmaker Energy Services’ operational and consulting activities. In this role, the individual will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining energy-related records, including drilling data, production information, and operational reports within company databases and software systems. Daily tasks include validating data for completeness and accuracy, organizing documents, and ensuring records comply with internal standards and client requirements. The role also involves coordinating with field and office personnel to clarify information, responding to basic data-related inquiries, and providing administrative support to project teams. The successful candidate will follow established procedures, meet deadlines, and help maintain high-quality documentation to support decision-making and reporting. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Typing skills and solid Computer Literacy, including proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and standard office software. Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with colleagues, clarify data, and respond to information requests. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Administrative Assistance skills to support internal stakeholders, manage documentation, and handle routine office tasks. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Experience working with technical or energy sector data is an asset. Ability to work effectively on-site in a multidisciplinary, multicultural environment. Relevant post-secondary education or training in administration, data management, or a related field is preferred.
