Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and secure net-new business across commercial foodservice operators, regional chains, and distributor partners (60–70% focus). Execute a pull-through sales model by pitching end-user operators and guiding fulfillment back through distribution channels. Manage, retain, and expand relationships across an existing portfolio of key accounts through cross-selling and upselling premium/sustainable product lines (30–40% focus). Conduct face-to-face field visits, product demonstrations, and pricing negotiations across the GTA territory. Collaborate internally with customer service and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product execution and accurate order forecasting. Qualifications 2+ years of successful field sales or account management experience within packaging, foodservice, CPG, or industrial distribution. Demonstrated track record of net-new business acquisition, territory revenue growth, and consistently meeting sales targets. Solid understanding of commercial sales cycles, distribution networks, and margin management. Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct local field visits across the GTA (in-office in Mississauga on Monday mornings). French language skills are considered a strong asset for future progression. Summary We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead new business development and account growth across the GTA territory. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of sales experience within packaging or industrial distribution, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for active field sales. This full-time position offers a starting base salary of $80,000 CAD, an overall OTE of $120,000 CAD (base + variable commission/bonus), a full vehicle coverage package, comprehensive benefits, and excellent long-term growth potential.
