Order Checks: Match part numbers to ensure orders are 100% accurate before dispatch. Floor Safety: Keep aisles clear, maintain a clean station, and follow safety rules. Qualifications Experience: Warehouse, picking, packaging, or factory background is an asset. Physical Fit: Able to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs safely across 12 hours. Tech Ready: Willing to use an RF scanner (we provide paid training). Work Ethic: 100% reliable attendance, safety-conscious, and a strong team player.
