Senior Business Systems Analyst Location: Mississauga, ON, Canada (Hybrid 2-3d/w for now) Number of openings: 1, 12-Month initial contract Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Roles and responsibilities: We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst specializing in Customer Communications Management (CCM) to lead critical data mapping, client workshops, and system design for enterprise print, mail, and multi-channel output solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, serving as a key partner to external clients and internal operational teams. Key Responsibilities Lead external client-facing workshops, present Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and drive formal sign-offs. Translate complex business requirements into technical artifacts, including Source-to-Target data maps, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Output Production Specifications, and UML workflow diagrams. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure document composition engines integrate seamlessly with data pipelines and production output streams. Validate and implement logic for householding, return streams, cost center routing, and postal/mailroom compliance. Ensure all customer communication outputs comply with digital accessibility standards (AODA, WCAG 2.1). Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst focused on Customer Communications Management (CCM), print and mail operations, or multi-channel document composition. Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with enterprise document composition engines (e.g., Quadient Inspire, OpenText Exstream, Sefas, or Prisma). Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of postal rules, mailroom sorting, cost center logic, householding algorithms, and digital accessibility regulations. Client Engagement: Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, lead complex technical walkthroughs, and build strong client relationships.
