Job Description As a specialized cruise sales consultant, you will be responsible for consulting, planning, selling cruise & land travel, and creating high-touch, personalized experiences for our customers. From the initial conversations, providing expert cruise travel advice, from sourcing availability to quoting and finalizing bookings with our contracted cruise lines, you will work closely with high-end customers to create the ultimate travel package. You will need to craft your approach creatively and you will negotiate, handle objections, and identify additional business opportunities. It’s your goal to ensure all clients return home having had a trip that exceeds their expectations. A Curious Learner - You are excited to keep updated with new product development and thrive on continuing to build intimate knowledge of your region Qualifications 3-5 years of extensive experience with cruise sales using a consultative sales approach Proven ability to be resourceful and to learn new systems Strong attention to detail, being highly organized, and showing the ability to multitask will help you succeed in this role Experience in building FIT packages servicing high-touch clientele would be beneficial Knowledge of cruising and cruise lines within the European and North American markets is preferred. Experience in meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets preferred Expert in client relationship building, specifically with high-touch clients Ability to resolve problems independently in a timely manner Cultural Fit Thrives working in a technology and KPI driven organization. Able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Highly functional in a fast-paced, constantly changing workplace - building plans through iterations from learning on what’s working and not working. Ability to build trust and work through conflict both upwards and downwards.
