Responsibilities Answer and follow-up on calls, emails and faxes from customers on different issues such as lead times, price requests or after-sales service; Inform clients and negotiate solutions and cost charges with them; Process orders on various computer systems; All other related tasks. Requirements Secondary V and/or experience of 3-5 years in customer service (experience in manufacturing sector, an asset); Essential written and spoken bilingualism; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software; Has good organizational skills, good sense of priorities, collaborates well with others, is focused towards the customer and is self-reliable.
