Key Account Manager / Recruiter – Digital, E-Commerce | Toronto / Mississauga Competitive Base + Commission | Toronto / Mississauga, ON | Hybrid | Full-Time, Permanent About the Opportunity A leading North American staffing and talent partner is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager / Recruiter to own one of its most high-profile accounts, spanning both the US and Canadian markets. You'll own a single dedicated, high-profile account end to end, working primarily on long-term hourly contract roles that often carry a digital or e-commerce flavor, alongside a broad mix of other order types. Speed, sharp judgment, and the ability to build genuine relationships with hiring managers will define success in this role. What You Will Do Manage one dedicated, high-profile account end to end across the US and Canada Engage hiring managers directly to qualify orders, clarify requirements, and build relationships that set you apart Recruit exclusively for long-term hourly contract roles across digital, e-commerce, and related disciplines Source and attract candidates candidates in challenging markets that will require tenacity! Manage a high volume of open requisitions at any one time across North America, qualifying fast and prioritizing smart Deliver consistently fast turnarounds while maintaining quality in a client environment that moves quickly Hold your own with demanding clients — bringing assertiveness, commercial sharpness, and comfort with difficult conversations What We Are Looking For 3+ years of recruitment experience with genuine client-facing exposure A strong intermediate / senior recruiter who owns their desk and manages the full 360 cycle independently Proven ability to convert contract candidates, including selling long-term contract opportunities to those in permanent roles An assertive, commercially savvy personality, working with hiring managers to achieve a positive outcome Based in or able to commute to Toronto / Mississauga for in-office days each week Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: CAD up to $90,000 depending on experience Draw: Top-up to approximately CAD $100,000 while ramping Commission: Competitive structure Work Model: Hybrid, 2 days in office (Toronto / Mississauga) Full benefits package About the Firm With a long-standing history connecting talent with leading organizations across North America, our client operates where instinct meets experience — far more than a staffing agency, but a true talent partner placing professionals into permanent roles and supporting contractors at scale.
