Help manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and other internal and external partners. Tap into your superior problem resolution skills to provide proactive client service. Working collaboratively, you will at times liaise with various departments to provide smooth and timely solutions. Effectively respond to client account inquiries and take ownership of follow-ups. Manage competing priorities with ease, demonstrating a keen sense of organization and time management Excel in operational excellence to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure exceptional execution. Complete administrative and operational tasks to support the Advisor: process incoming and outgoing funds, coordinate client meetings and prepare material for the Advisor, process account opening and maintenance documentation, etc. Identify order issues and determine appropriate course of action for effective resolution. Help build and execute business plans, client segmentation exercises, and client service plans. Identify opportunities for asset consolidation and referrals across the existing client base Support your advisory team with new client acquisition. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Relevant experience in the financial services industry Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills Nice-to-have Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE Post Secondary Education (College or University) Dominion Securities (DS) or Retail Brokerage work experience Enthusiastic, committed, and entrepreneurial spirit What’s in it for you? Requirements
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and relevant experience in the financial services industry. A post-secondary education and Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) certification are considered assets.
