Job summary
Job Description What is the opportunity? In this position, you will be helping a team of 8 individuals with the processing of daily tasks using key systems including ServiceLink, Client Source, Workflow, and BTS. Your responsibilities will extend to assisting branches with Telephony support, while also helping to maintain balanced work volumes across the team. You must demonstrate the ability to consistently meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and be prepared to put in additional overtime when required, as work volumes fluctuate throughout the months and particularly during peak periods such as RRSP season. What will you do? Printing and distributing cheques for various lines of business such as DS, PH&N, DI, and RT. Working with courier cheques, distributed to different departments, and mailed via Canada Post or inter-office. You will be cross-trained within the team to be able to prioritize work and assist where it is most needed. Assist with processing various forms in Vitria/Workflow along with Servicelink requests and Inquiries. What do you need to succeed? Must haves: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to handle multiple requests and be able to prioritize. Ability to handle high volumes at peak times in a fast-paced environment. Be able to work overtime when required to meet SLA’ and high volumes, at peak times. Strong customer service, be able to follow our model of Client’s First attitude. Be able to understand when a request is urgent and how to resolve it. Be willing to cross-train within the group to perform various duties as requested. Attention to detail is a must requirement. Ability to work, independently and within a team environment. Nice-to-have: High accuracy in processing, be able to provide assistance to other team members when required. Be comfortable in dealing with branch inquiries. Knowledge of BTS, JEFE, Servicelink, Excel. What’s in it for you?
