Job Description What is the opportunity? The Senior Manager, Portfolio Management serves as the key liaison between RBC's business platforms and Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Global Real Estate strategy. Reporting to the Director of Portfolio Management, you will act as the single point of engagement for real estate requirements, providing comprehensive strategic and tactical advice as well as providing end to end real estate solutions across the lifecycle. You will balance business requirements with long-term optimal real estate planning, managing complex relationships across multiple stakeholders and deliver across CRE functional areas. What will you do? Manage the overall real estate relationship for assigned platform(s), acting as single point of engagement and escalation for real estate requirements Manage portfolio management reporting and socialize findings with business platform executives Partner with business platforms and CRE stakeholders to align operational requirements with real estate solutions including occupancy planning, workplace strategy, facility management, and project delivery Develop and lead real estate initiatives that support platform priorities, obtain necessary approvals, and transition initiatives from strategy to execution Deliver end to end real estate services through the full lifecycle for the assigned platform(s) Provide strategic recommendations on workstyle, design, mobility programs, and change management initiatives What do you need to succeed? Must have: 7-10 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate functions Bachelor's degree in related fields Experience working on the business within the Financial Services industry Strong communication and executive presence skills Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities with elevated financial and business acumen Nice-to-have: Experience across all CRE functions (Transactions, Project Delivery, Workplace Strategy, Facilities Operations) Strong relationship development and influencing skills Experience with real estate portfolio management and occupancy planning Project management expertise What’s in it for you?
