The Human Resources Administrator provides administrative and coordination support across key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR documentation, benefits administration, performance review tracking, training coordination, and general employee support. This role ensures HR processes are completed accurately, on time, and in line with organisational policies, procedures, and values. What You Might Do In a Day... Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, records, and HR documentation; Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and tracking applicants; Assist with onboarding and off-boarding processes, including preparing documentation, tracking required forms, and coordinating next steps; Support the coordination and tracking of performance reviews, probationary reviews, employee follow-ups, and related documentation; Assist with benefits, leave, attendance, training, and other HR administrative processes as needed; Prepare letters, forms, reports, meeting notes, and other HR-related documents; Respond to employee and manager inquiries in a professional and timely manner; Track deadlines, outstanding items, and follow-ups to ensure HR tasks are completed; Maintain organised digital files and support the proper use of shared folders, HR systems, spreadsheets, and email records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data governance principles; Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment; and Build and maintain respectful relationships with employees, managers, the HR team, and external contacts. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and professional; Able to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment; Comfortable managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines; Skilled at following established processes and keeping accurate records; A clear communicator who works collaboratively with diverse teams; Committed to data governance, confidentiality, and OCAP® principles in all HR processes; and Dedicated to supporting a positive workplace culture and employee experience. And you have... Experience in human resources administration, office administration, recruitment support, employee records management, or a related administrative role (required); Strong communication, organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills; Experience managing employee records and HR documentation; Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Teams; Experience with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, SharePoint, or digital filing systems (considered an asset); Familiarity with or commitment to learning about data governance and OCAP® principles (considered an asset); and Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work collaboratively with employees, managers, and HR team members.
