Role Description The Licensed Real Estate Agent will work on a contract basis and operate primarily in a remote capacity, managing their schedule and business activities independently. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing client relationships, conducting virtual or in-person consultations, and advising clients on buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties. The agent will prepare and present listings, comparative market analyses, offers, and counteroffers, and will coordinate showings, inspections, and other key steps in each transaction. The role involves negotiating terms, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating with lenders, lawyers, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate successful closings. The agent will also use brokerage-provided tools and marketing resources to build their brand, stay current on market trends and regulations, and participate in training and community-building activities when needed. Qualifications Candidates should possess an active Real Estate License in the applicable jurisdiction and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements. Candidates should possess Real Estate knowledge and experience working with Real Property transactions, including listing, purchase, and lease agreements. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing techniques. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, clear communication, and client satisfaction. Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a remote environment. Candidates should possess proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms, and be comfortable using virtual meeting, marketing, and transaction management software. Knowledge of their local markets, including local trends and regulations, is highly beneficial.
