Job summary

Change Manager (Affinity Insurance) Be part of a transformation program that shapes the future of operations within the insurance sector. What is in it for you: • Salaried: $36-41 per hour. • Incorporated Business Rate: $42-48 per hour. • 7-month contract with the potential for permanent employment. • Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week. • Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm. • On-site presence required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end change management activities for the transformation program. • Develop and execute change strategies covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption. • Assess change impacts across front-line users, operations, and leadership levels. • Anticipate resistance and design mitigation strategies. • Partner with program and project managers to integrate change activities into project plans. • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and readiness across workstreams. • Support governance forums with clear, data-driven updates and recommendations. • Ensure alignment between business outcomes, delivery plans, and user experience goals. • Champion a holistic end-to-end user experience across customer-facing and internal processes. • Collaborate with UX, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure changes are intuitive, usable, and adoptable. • Translate complex process or system changes into user-centered narratives and enablement materials. • Build trusted relationships with executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams. • Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and decision forums. • Influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. • Define and track success metrics, including adoption, proficiency, engagement, and value realization. • Gather feedback and insights to refine the change approach continuously. • Ensure transition plans are in place to support post-implementation sustainability. What you will need to succeed: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required. • 2 to 3 years of experience in project management and/or change management within large, complex initiatives. • Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programs, including business, technology, operating model, or digital initiatives. • Demonstrated experience supporting front-to-back user experiences spanning customer, operational, and internal users. • Experience working in a consulting, advisory, or transformation-led environment is strongly preferred. • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business, technology, and leadership teams. • Strong project management capabilities. • Strong change leadership capabilities. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to operate across strategy and execution. • Ability to build relationships with executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams. • Ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. • Background in project management within non-technical initiatives.
