Job summary

Print & Mail Services Associate Join a collaborative printing services environment focused on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and efficient document and mail processing. Every day brings new opportunities to support essential business operations. What is in it for you: • Hourly salary of $20. • 12-month contract. • Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week. • Weekday schedule from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. • On-site work in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: • Receive, manage, and process print jobs submitted via email and hard copy requests. • Perform print production and finishing activities, including cutting, binding, folding, and related tasks. • Sort, process, and distribute mail. • Coordinate couriers and prepare shipments. • Interact daily with customers and end users. • Respond to customer inquiries and provide operational support. • Provide general operational support as required. • Complete assigned duties in accordance with the applicable Service Level Agreement and Statement of Work. • Perform other duties as required. What you will need to succeed: • Print and mail services experience is an asset. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Basic computer proficiency. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to bend, lift, and perform physical tasks as required.
