Senior Event Producer - Global Corporate Events Join a dynamic Global Events & Strategic Initiatives team and help deliver high-impact corporate experiences that engage global audiences, support executive leadership, and bring business strategy to life. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Event Producer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys leading complex live, hybrid, and virtual corporate events from concept through execution. You will collaborate with executives, content teams, creative partners, agencies, vendors, and technical production teams to deliver exceptional event experiences for audiences around the world. What is in it for you: • Salaried: $45-$55 per hour. • Incorporated Business Rate: $55-$65 per hour. • Long-term contract with the potential for extension and permanent opportunities. • Day schedule, 37.5 hours per week. • Hybrid work model with 3 days per week in office. • Opportunity to contribute to high-profile global corporate events and executive engagements Responsibilities: • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of live, hybrid, and virtual corporate events from concept through delivery. • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into engaging event experiences. • Collaborate with content, creative, communications, branding, logistics, and production teams to deliver seamless event execution. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, production schedules, and event workstreams throughout the event lifecycle. • Develop and maintain event briefs, production schedules, run-of-show documents, and stakeholder communications. • Coordinate speaker management, executive rehearsals, and presentation readiness for live and virtual events. • Manage relationships with agencies, production partners, vendors, venues, and suppliers. • Support event budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and vendor contract management. • Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders. • Support onsite execution, event operations, issue resolution, and event experience delivery. • Contribute recommendations that enhance audience experience, engagement, and event effectiveness. • Collaborate with technical production teams to ensure event requirements are successfully delivered. What you will need to succeed: Required qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 8+ years of experience producing complex corporate events. • Experience managing large-scale live, virtual, and hybrid events. • Experience supporting executive meetings, leadership events, conferences, town halls, or enterprise-wide events. • Strong project management and event production expertise. • Experience developing event briefs, production schedules, and run-of-show documentation. • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and production partners. • Strong understanding of event operations and end-to-end event delivery. • Experience collaborating with creative, content, communications, branding, and production teams. • Experience supporting executive presenters and senior leadership stakeholders. • Ability to balance creative vision, operational requirements, and stakeholder expectations. • Experience managing competing priorities within fast-paced environments. • Strong understanding of event technologies and digital event platforms. Preferred qualifications • Experience working within a corporate, agency, conference, or global events environment. • Experience managing events for executive and leadership audiences. • Experience collaborating with brand, creative, and communications teams. • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and vendor negotiations. • Experience supporting international or global event programs across multiple time zones. • Familiarity with event technology platforms, virtual event tools, and audience engagement solutions. • Experience with stage management, presenter rehearsals, and live event production coordination.
