Job summary

Technical Event Producer Bring large-scale corporate experiences to life by contributing to global events that shape culture, align leaders, and bring strategy to life. Join a team focused on technical event production and live event execution, where innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence are at the center of every event. Working within the Global Events & Strategic Initiatives team, you will bring together content, creative, graphics, technology, and logistics to support the delivery of live, hybrid, and virtual event experiences. What is in it for you: • Salaried: $45-55 per hour. • Incorporated Business Rate: $55-65 per hour. • 18-month contract with the potential for permanent employment. • Day schedule, 37.50 hours per week. • Hybrid work, with 3 days per week in the office. Responsibilities: • Lead event production planning throughout the event planning lifecycle, including on-site operations, show calling, and live event operations for global events. • Partner with peers to create and deliver impactful global events by understanding and translating business objectives and priorities into event experiences. • Act as the connection point between event content, creative, graphics, technology, and logistics workstreams to ensure successful execution on stage. • Coordinate and lead project team meetings to ensure operational, production, and scheduling timelines and deliverables are met throughout event lifecycles. • Build, manage, and communicate technical run-of-show documents and production schedules. • Collaborate with IT and AV teams to support seamless event execution. • Source and manage external vendors and ensure services are delivered according to statements of work and budgets. • Collaborate with Brand teams to ensure appropriate branding is incorporated into event experiences. • Manage and reconcile program budgets. • Support production planning, resourcing, live event operations, and on-site execution for global events. • Work closely with production teams, vendors, technical crews, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality event experiences. What you will need to succeed: Required qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent university education. • 8-10 years of experience in event production. • Extensive experience in stage management and show calling for live events. • Strong experience in technical event production. • Experience managing global corporate events within a corporate or agency environment. • Advanced knowledge of end-to-end event production processes. • Experience supporting live, hybrid, and virtual corporate events. • Strong understanding of technical show flows and run-of-show development. • Working knowledge of lighting, audio, video, and AV event production components. • Experience coordinating and managing production vendors and technical partners. • Ability to troubleshoot technical production issues during live events. • Experience creating detailed event briefs and production documentation. • Experience working with executive stakeholders, including C-level executives. • Understanding of creative, graphic, and multimedia elements in event environments.
